Today I got a full set of pvp gear like you and saw this post. I hadn't played in 7 years, started again last month, but when I first came back my inventory was full of stacks of dragonite ore, empyrean fragments, and bloodstone. I don't remember farming or grinding much when I used to play but thought maybe I had.
A good way to farm Dragonite Ore and Empyreal Fragment pls? You get dragonite ore from the berry spawns, and you get emp fragments from the chests that spawn after doing the meta event. You can get about 150 of each per toon you take through there. Though the chests respawn for each character, so even if you have just one you can get limitless emp fragments.

I usually get around 1025 dragonite ores/Empyreal Fragments on a reward box or two, then 50 Dragonite Ore/50 Empyreal Fragments on the final reward box.
You can safely throw them away, but just in case you can craft yourself 10 bloodstone bricks of each bloodstone dust, dragonite ore, empyreal fragrments (that requires 500 lvl of crafting though). You need 500 of each to make an Ascended weapon, and 200500 of each to make a piece of Ascended armour (depending on the piece). The Balthazar Back Item Reward Track has 4 champion boxes giving 25 Dragonite Ore each. The final Balthazar Backpack Box gives 50 ore. The Glorious Armor Box from the Glorious Reward track gives 50.
